Margaritaville Hotel Kansas City is seeking a friendly Gift Shop Attendant to be the face of our gift shop, delivering outstanding service and helping guests find memorable souvenirs of their stay.

Provide engaging recommendations, process sales efficiently, manage inventory, and maintain an attractive shop environment in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred
• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to multitask and handle cash transactions
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking
• Knowledge of merchandise presentation and display
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required
