Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a highly motivated Full-Time Banquet Captain to join our team in Kansas City. You will lead banquet servers, coordinate events with planners and culinary staff, and ensure flawless execution of every function with exceptional guest service.

Ideal candidates bring at least one year of banquet experience, strong leadership, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced venue while working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• One year banquet attendant/server experience.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of food and beverage service and catering operations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license, where applicable

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Full-Time Banquet Captain to join our team! As a Banquet Captain, you will be responsible for ensuring that all banquet events are executed flawlessly and to the highest standards. Your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail will allow you to lead and coordinate our team of banquet servers, ensuring that all guests receive an outstanding experience. With your positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service, you will work closely with our event planners and culinary team to ensure that every detail is perfect.
