Job summary

The role pays $13/hour with a guaranteed 38 hours per week and requires excellent customer service, confidentiality, and basic math for cash handling.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with a diverse customer base.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow attendance policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and support donation intake, sorting, and processing.
• Stock shelves, set up displays, and promote sales.
• Operate cash register; handle cash, credit cards, and receipts.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organized work area.
• Attend staff meetings and follow safety policies.
• Respond to customer questions and maintain professional appearance.
