Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to support the store management team at 55 Carr Hill Rd, Columbus, IN 47201. You will perform duties across roles such as Cashier, Donation Door Attendant, eCommerce Producer and more, ensuring smooth operations and friendly customer service.

Responsibilities include ringing up customers, maintaining a clean sales floor, sorting donated items for quality, and assisting with backroom organization.

• No formal degree required; ability to demonstrate capability.

• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift moderate weights.

• Operate as Cashier: ring up customers, handle drawer, follow cash procedures.
