Responsibilities include:

1. Upholding and promoting our organizational culture based on grace, aligning with our vision and purpose.
2. Cashiering: Greeting customers, handling payments, restocking, maintaining cleanliness, and expressing Christian views.
3. Warehouse/Donation: Assisting donors, operating forklifts, sorting donations, maintaining cleanliness, and demonstrating positive behavior.
4. Driver Duties: Becoming an authorized driver, planning routes, and safe vehicle operation.

Qualifications: Ethical decision-making, ability to follow instructions, professionalism, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Additional Attributes: Compassion, biblical maturity, ethical integrity, flexibility, and a nicotine-free lifestyle.

Physical and Work Conditions: Predominantly standing, using computers, registers, phones, forklifts, and vehicles.
