About The Position

With over 430 retail stores worldwide, our associates are vital to our success. They ensure product availability, create visual displays, address customer inquiries, and manage checkout processes, all while supporting Columbia’s mission of “Connecting Active People with Their Passions.”

As a Retail Associate, you will represent our brand, assist customers in finding suitable products, and support store operations to ensure product accessibility and store profitability.

How You’ll Make a Difference

• Maintain store cleanliness, visual standards, and safety; restock merchandise as needed
• Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently; promote loyalty programs
• Contribute to store profitability through proper inventory management
• Assist customers by providing product information and support buying decisions
• Learn product details, policies, and procedures for daily operations

You Have

• No specific education required; High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in customer service and retail software systems
• Age 16 or older
