Description

As a Murdoch's Team Member, you will:

• Assist customers with products ranging from hardware, fencing, animal feed, to toys and tack.
• Create an easy shopping experience by displaying products clearly.
• Engage with customers from entry to exit, earning smiles along the way.

Requirements

Must have:

• A positive, can-do attitude.
• Motivation to achieve your best productivity.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting and repetitive movements.
• Ability to work as part of a team upholding our Mission, Values, and Principles.

Physical Demands

• Standing for long periods.
• Repetitive wrist movements.
• Close vision for PC work.
• Bending, carrying, pushing, reaching overhead, working on a ladder, lifting up to 50 lbs.
