Job summary

Windmill City Custom Goods, overseeing Super #1 in Palm Springs, seeks a friendly, self-motivated individual to join our team as a part-time, seasonal sales associate. You will help with day-to-day store operations, greet customers, share product knowledge and keep the shop welcoming and organized.

This role offers 8–20 hours per week, occasional overtime, evening and weekend availability, and compensation at $18 per hour plus a 2% commission on in-person sales during hours worked.

Super #1 is looking for a friendly, self-motivated individual with a zeal for independent retail and appreciation of the desert to join our team in a supporting, part-time, seasonal position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Day-to-day operations of the retail store, including but not limited to:
• Customer Service/ Sales: engaging with customers, acquiring knowledge of products
• Maintaining presentation and cleanliness of the store
• Product management, including: receiving, entering inventory and counting inventory

SKILLS

• Strong interpersonal skills and love for working with the public

• Consistent and reliable attendance
• Computer proficient

COMMITMENT

• 8-20 hours/week (this is a part-time, seasonal position)
• Ability to work overtime when needed
• Evening & Weekend availability required
  

COMPENSATION

• $18/ hour
• 2% commission of the total in-person sales during hours worked
