Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Must be able to operate POS/Cash Register.
• Must pass background check, including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, fellow store employees, customers and donors.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and donors to provide prompt, courteous assistance.
• Stock and merchandize items on the sales floor.
• Sort donations and prepare items for processing according to standards.
• Keep the store neat, clean, and organized; perform cleaning duties as needed.
• Follow POS/Cash Register policies and procedures.
• Maintain safety standards and report hazards to managers.
• Attend required store meetings and comply with HR policies.
• Work flexible hours to ensure adequate store coverage, including evenings/weekends.
