Job summary

Goodwill Southern California is hiring Retail Associates to support our mission of Transforming Lives Through the Power of Work. In this role you’ll provide friendly customer and donor service, operate cash registers, and help sort and merchandise donations to keep our stores welcoming and efficient.

Qualifications

• English reading, speaking and writing ability.
• Some retail, sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable with point-of-sale and basic computer systems.
• Dependable, punctual, and motivated to support a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to customers and donors with professionalism and positivity.
• Operate cash registers, process transactions accurately, and handle donations with care.
• Sort, price, and merchandise donated goods to meet company standards.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Contribute to sales and production goals by supporting daily store operations.
• Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
