Job summary

Goodwill Southern California is hiring Retail Associates to support our mission of Transforming Lives Through the Power of Work. You’ll provide excellent customer service, operate cash registers, process transactions, and help sort and merchandise donated goods to meet standards.

We offer an hourly rate of $18.47, flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays, plus employee perks like store discounts and access to wellness resources through our program.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, speak, and write basic English.
• Retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Familiar with POS and basic computer systems.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
