Qualifications

• Effectively communicate with Customers, Associates and Store Leadership in a friendly, respectful, cooperative and pleasant manner.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers by making eye contact, smiles and says hello throughout the store.
• Assists customers with merchandise and at the register, answering questions in a courteous manner.
• Maintains a clean, organized store and ensures proper merchandise presentation at all times.
• Follows MOS policies and loss prevention guidelines to protect assets.
• Maintains safety on the sales floor and reports unsafe conditions to leadership.
• Represents the Ross brand with integrity and professionalism in interactions with customers and associates.
