Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• Customer-Centric: passion for delivering outstanding customer service and memorable shopping experiences.
• Communication & Collaboration: strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility: willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Tech-Savvy: basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Operational Excellence: Take part in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals.
• Adhere to store policies and procedures, including health & safety regulations.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
