Finish Line in Georgia is seeking an enthusiastic Associate to support daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll assist with merchandise placement, stock checks, checkout and store cleanliness while upholding company standards and policies.

In this role you will help create a welcoming shopping experience, meet sales targets, and collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role, with sales targets preferred.
• Customer-centric focus to deliver memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; work in fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays.
• Tech-savvy with basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in daily operations: inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment, and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales and operational goals; follow policies and safety rules.
• Handle additional duties and projects as required.
