JD Finish Line in Sioux Falls is seeking a Store Associate to assist with daily operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will help drive sales, manage inventory, and support visual merchandising in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires a customer-centric mindset, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Training and employee discounts are provided.

Formación

• Experience in retail or a similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Customer-centric with a passion for delivering memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math in English.

Responsabilidades

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Handle daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals; adhere to policies and health and safety regulations.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
