Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Operational Excellence: Take part in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance; comply with policies and safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals; follow store policies and procedures.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
