Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.

• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of service.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Operational Excellence: Inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance; comply with policies and safety.
• Team Collaboration: Work with team to achieve sales and goals; adhere to policies and safety.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
