Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia seeks a part-time associate to contribute to customer service excellence and store presentation. You will greet customers, handle transactions, and help maintain visual displays and stock on the floor.

Responsibilities include cleaning, organizing, and assisting with rounds-up goals, with availability to work evenings and weekends as business needs dictate. Compliance with safety and confidentiality policies is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; combination of education and work experience considered.
• No previous experience required.
• No professional certifications required for this position.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide assistance on the sales floor.
• Process customer transactions quickly and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly sales floor.
• Assist with stocking, rotating product, and visual displays.
• Support store goals and wrap desks with minimal clutter.
• Follow safety rules and store policies; escalate issues to management.
