Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking team members to deliver a superior customer experience across our Marshalls and other TJX store brands. You will engage customers, handle purchases and returns, and promote credit and loyalty programs while maintaining store standards.

Applicants should be able to work a flexible schedule, communicate clearly, and multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior retail experience is preferred and all team members contribute to a positive store
