Responsibilities include processing transactions, promoting loyalty programs, and contributing to a positive store culture with integrity and respect. A flexible schedule and ability to lift items are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to support multiple areas of the store as needed.
• Ring customer purchases/returns accurately and count change.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Support store recovery and maintain cleanliness throughout the day.
