Finish Line in Arlington, TX is seeking an Associate to support daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will help shape the store's success and contribute to our growth through sales, service, and teamwork.

The role requires a weekly availability including mornings, days, and nights, with weekend/holiday shifts. Strong communication and basic math skills, plus a customer-centric mindset, are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
