Finish Line in Texas is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will help shape the store’s success, drive sales, and contribute to growth in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
Customer-centric approach and focus on service.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to multitask.
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsabilités

Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals. Adhere to store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Additional duties and projects as required.
