Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking an Associate Retail to deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor. You will apply product knowledge, assist customers, and support store operations under leadership guidance.

As part of the Fanatics team, you’ll help drive sales goals, maintain visual standards, and participate in inventory tasks while adapting to peak store hours and omni-channel needs.

Qualifications

• 0–1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Basic familiarity or openness to using AI-enabled tools.
