GPM Investments LLC is seeking dependable Sales Associates in Virginia to greet customers, run the register, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment. You’ll assist with lottery, tobacco, and alcohol sales while ensuring age verification compliance.

Responsibilities include stocking, cleaning, and assisting across departments as needed. The role offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical tasks.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, operate the register with accuracy and speed.
• Handle lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with age verification compliance.
• Upsell customers to increase sales and provide friendly service.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, including restrooms and pumps.
• Stock shelves and displays; keep store neat and merchandise fresh.
• Sweep, mop, windows, entryways; cross-train in other departments as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; be a team player.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and support teammates as required.
