Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• Customer-centric approach with passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math, reading, and writing in English; comfortable using POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience by addressing needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotions, and sales targets.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store upkeep.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store sales and operational goals; adhere to policies and safety regulations.
• Handle additional duties and projects as required.
