Finish Line in Texas is seeking an energetic Associate to support daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will assist with merchandising, checkout, and maintaining store standards while contributing to sales growth.

The ideal candidate provides reliable English communication, flexible availability including weekends, and a passion for customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Experience in retail or similar role; track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandising, promotions, and meeting sales targets.
• Participate in daily store operations including inventory, visuals, shipments, and store upkeep.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and uphold health and safety standards.
• Perform additional duties and projects as required.
