Job summary

Finish Line in Humble, TX is seeking an enthusiastic Associate to assist with daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will influence the store’s success through teamwork, strong service, and a willingness to learn.

You will handle customer needs, operate the POS system, support inventory and visual merchandising, and contribute to sales targets while adhering to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance; comply with policies and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals; adhere to store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
