Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail or similar role; sales targets preferred.
• Customer-centric with passion for memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Tech-savvy with basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Engage in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance; ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals; adhere to store policies and safety regulations.
• Take on additional duties and projects as required.
