Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role preferred.
• Customer-focused and able to handle busy environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and ensuring high service standards.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotional strategies.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment and store maintenance; ensure policy and safety compliance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and operational goals and uphold store policies.
• Handle additional duties and projects as required.
