Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will help shape store success through engaging customer interactions and effective merchandise management.

Responsibilities include driving sales, managing inventory, and maintaining visual merchandising standards in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work weekends/holidays is required; 18.47/hour pay with 401K and employee discounts available.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.
• Customer-centric focus with passion for service.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Clear spoken English to communicate with customers and read reports.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Operational Excellence: Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance; adhere to policies and safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work with team members to achieve sales and operational goals, following store policies and procedures.
