Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with team and customers.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and maintaining high service standards.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in inventory management, visual merchandising, shipments, and store maintenance; follow health & safety guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and operational goals; follow store policies.
• Perform additional duties and projects as required.
