Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an energetic Associate to support daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will help drive sales, assist with inventory and merchandising, and process POS transactions while collaborating with teammates to meet targets and uphold store standards.

Applicants should be able to stand for long periods, work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays, and provide friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.
• Customer-centric focus on delivering outstanding service and memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals. Adhere to store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
