Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana is seeking a part-time Retail Associate in Fishers, IN. You may perform multiple roles including cashier, textiles or wares producer, donation door attendant, and several ClickGoodwill/eCommerce oriented tasks.

The position emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and efficient area maintenance. Training is provided, with emphasis on accurate cash handling and safety in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Required competencies include customer focus, teamwork, ethics, attention to detail, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Cashier: rings up orders, maintains drawer, follows cash procedures.
• Textiles or Wares Producer: sort quality, tag, hang textiles/wares, produce 85–100 items hourly.
• Donation Door Attendant: accept donations, sort products, keep backroom organized, load/unload trucks with equipment.
• eCommerce Producer: identify valuable items for ClickGoodwill, tag and pack items for shipping.
• e-Books Producer: scan books, decide what to send to ClickGoodwill, print inventories.
• Rack and Cart Runner: maintain racks, merchandise and purge sales floor, update production sheet.
