Finish Line in Atlanta is seeking an Associate to assist with daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll help shape the store’s success through service and teamwork, contributing to sales and daily merchandising.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory, merchandising, shipment workflow and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals.
