Job summary

Goodwill Southeast Georgia is seeking a Retail Associate to support store operations, assist customers, process transactions and manage merchandise on the floor.

You will contribute to our mission by delivering friendly service, maintaining displays, and handling payments while following safety procedures. Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays is required to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or relevant experience.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to use a hand truck.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and process sales transactions.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise.
• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers and donors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and sales floor.
• Handle cashiering duties, including payments and refunds.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
