Job summary

Paycom is seeking a retail associate in Florida to handle donations, sort merchandise, and assist customers. You will maintain cash handling procedures, help with pricing and stocking, and ensure a clean, organized store environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

The role requires strong customer service, basic device literacy, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Prior cashiering experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience.
• 6 months of related experience or training is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Prior cashiering experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of electronic devices.

Responsibilities

• Receive donations: greet donors, accept and unload donated items, and thank donors.
• Processing: sort, separate, and hang clothing and household items.
• Cashiering: conduct sales transactions and manage cash/credit card procedures.
• Cleaning duties: clean bathrooms, floors, shelves, and store fixtures.
• Customer service: assist customers, price merchandise, and explain store operations.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
