Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia is seeking a part-time store associate in Ashland, OR to provide excellent customer service and help maintain an inviting sales floor. You will greet customers, assist with questions, process transactions, and participate in stocking and visual merchandising.

This role requires a positive attitude, reliability, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work evenings and weekends. No prior experience required; a background check will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Greets every customer swiftly upon entering the store.
• Provides assistance and answers questions as needed.
• Processes customer transactions quickly and accurately.
• Participates in stocking and rotating stock on the floor.
• Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly sales floor.
• Maintains all floor visual presentations and end caps.
• Notifies management when store cleanliness needs attention.
