Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to consumer questions or issues regarding product features, benefits and availability; engage with customers to understand needs and preferences.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety; stock merchandise as needed.
• Perform cash transactions (sales, returns, exchanges) and assist with loyalty program enrollment.
• Contribute to store profitability through efficient product flow and stock replenishment.
