Qualifications

• No specific education required; HS diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years of experience or less in a similar role.
• Familiarity with inventory and POS systems.
• Candidates must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, demonstrate merchandise, and suggest options.
• Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety; retrieve merchandise.
• Handle cash register transactions including sales, returns and loyalty program.
• Support store profitability by managing product flow and inventory accurately.
