Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and handle cash according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and uphold merchandising standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain safety and loss-prevention guidelines.
• Support and participate in shrink reduction programs and safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and service standards.
