Job summary

Columbia Sportswear in San Antonio is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver exceptional in-store experiences, assist customers with product questions, and recommend solutions that fit their active lifestyles.

As a brand ambassador, you will help maintain visual standards, process transactions, and support the store team in delivering friendly, efficient service while upholding our values and driving sales.

Qualifications

• No specific education required; High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years (or less) retail experience.
• Experience operating Inventory and POS systems, and various retail software tools.
• 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing consumer questions and offering product recommendations.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety; retrieve merchandise from sales floor or stock room.
• Perform all required POS transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, loyalty) efficiently and accurately.
• Contribute to store profitability by receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing product flow.
