Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and drive positive shopping experiences. You will engage customers, recommend products, and assist with visual merchandising while supporting store leadership in daily operations.

Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old with up to two years of retail experience and familiarity with POS systems and inventory software. Flexible, location-based schedules apply across multiple stores.

Qualifications

• No specific education required (High School Diploma or GED preferred).
• 2 years or less experience in a retail role or related field.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Experience operating POS and inventory software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and build brand ambassador experiences.
• Answer customer questions and make product recommendations.
• Maintain store visuals, merchandising, cleanliness and safety.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support store profitability through accurate product flow and stocking.
