Job summary

TJ Maxx is seeking an entry-level Store Associate in Pittsburgh to provide exceptional customer service and keep the store clean and organized. You will assist customers, process transactions, and support merchandising and loss-prevention initiatives to ensure a positive shopping experience.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to multitask, and a flexible schedule to meet business needs. Prior retail experience is helpful but not required along with company-wide benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining store standards.
• Ring customer purchases/returns accurately and handle cash with accuracy.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery, safety, and loss-prevention efforts.
• Support other areas of the store as needed and adhere to labor policies.
