The TJ Maxx store in Medford, MA is hiring a customer-focused retail associate to deliver a highly satisfying shopping experience. You will greet customers, ring sales, stock shelves, keep the store clean, and follow loss-prevention and safety procedures while supporting merchandising standards.

• Participates in store safety and shrink-reduction initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
