This full-time role offers a starting wage of $18.50 per hour with wage increases in subsequent years as part of the store compensation progression.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and follow ALDI policies.
• Operate POS and cash handling with accuracy.
• Stock shelves and merchandising according to planograms.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety.
