Job summary

Finish Line in Miami is seeking a helpful and reliable Associate to support daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer service. You will assist customers, manage merchandise, and help maintain a clean, inviting shopping environment.

Responsibilities include driving sales, handling transactions, stocking shelves, and collaborating with team members to meet store goals. Strong communication and a flexible schedule are preferred to serve weekend and holiday needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or a similar role with a track record of meeting sales targets preferred.
• Customer-centric mindset focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Operational Excellence: Take part in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals. Adhere to store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
