Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a Miami-area location.

You will assist customers, help with merchandise, and contribute to a welcoming, high-energy shopping environment. As part of a dynamic team, you will drive sales through strong product knowledge, effective merchandising, and engagement with customers while maintaining store standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotions, and meeting sales targets.
• Assist with daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals.
• Adhere to store policies and safety regulations.
