Goodwill Northern New England is seeking friendly, outgoing individuals to join our Belfast, Maine store team. Front-of-house duties include greeting customers, operating the register, and supporting merchandising to keep the floor inviting.

Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude, basic math and literacy skills, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A background check is required and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
• Basic math and literacy skills for transactions.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, 30 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs constantly.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a helpful shopping experience.
• Operate the register and handle purchases accurately.
• Assist with merchandising and restocking to refresh the sales floor.
• Attend to fitting rooms and help customers with their needs.
• Maintain a friendly, team-oriented atmosphere on the sales floor.
