Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to support daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our JD Finish Line stores.

You will help drive sales, assist customers, stock merchandise, and maintain store appearance to reflect the brand's standards. A successful candidate will have reliable availability, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with sales targets.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to resolve issues.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
• Assist with daily operations including inventory, visuals, shipments, and store upkeep.
