Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a friendly Retail Associate to help create positive in-store experiences for customers. You will greet shoppers, answer questions, demonstrate product features, and make confident recommendations while processing transactions at the POS.

Work in a fast-paced retail environment, maintain store standards, assist with merchandising and stock, and support store leadership to meet sales goals. Must be at least 16 years old and ready to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• No specific education required; HS diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to operate POS and basic retail software.

Responsibilities
